It usually starts quietly.
Sunday nights get heavier. You catch yourself doing the math on how many years are left. You sit in the car a few minutes longer than you need to before you go inside, and you do not tell anyone why.
Nothing is wrong. And everything is wrong.
So you wait. And every plan you try to imagine starts with the same word, quit, which is why you have never actually started one.
You are probably one of these four.
Intro Video Placeholder — Nichole to camera, two minutes: who this course is for, what you walk away with, and why she built it
The woman who holds it all together
From the outside you are fine. You are good at your job, people count on you, and by every measure anyone can see, this is what success looks like. That is exactly what makes it so hard to say that something is wrong.
The woman who has read everything and still has no plan
You have done the books, the podcasts, the saved posts, maybe the therapy. You understand your situation better than anyone. Understanding it has not moved you an inch.
The woman at the crossroads right now
Something has already shifted and you can feel it. You do not have a plan, and every plan you try to imagine starts with the word quit, which is why you have never started one.
The woman planning before the feeling arrives
Nothing is wrong yet. You have watched what happened to women who waited, and you would rather have the plan sitting ready than build it in a crisis.
Most women do not decide. Something decides for them.
They wait, and something else makes the call. A restructure. A diagnosis. A parent who gets sick. A body that finally says no.
I know, because that is what happened to me.
Twenty-five years into a career in corporate finance, I did not choose my exit. Burnout chose it for me. I left with no framework, no plan, and no real idea what came next, and I found my way through anyway. I would not wish that version of it on anyone.
The FREEDOM Life Method is what I needed in that room and did not have.
Seven modules. Seven pages.
One module for each letter of FREEDOM. Every one ends with you writing a page of your Freedom Life Plan. Module one is free.
- 01
F: Fearless Faith
FreeSay it out loud
Naming what you want before you have proof it is possible or permission to want it. Most women at this crossroads have never said the sentence to another person.
You write: What I actually want, in my own words.
- 02
R: Rest
Get honest about your capacity
Rest is medicine, not a reward. A plan built from exhaustion is a bad plan, so before you plan anything you look at how much of you is left.
You write: What is draining me, and what I am running on.
- 03
E: Educate
Learn what your options actually are
A transition can look like a sabbatical, a pivot, going part time, a slow exit, or a rebuild. You think there is one option and it is quit. There are more.
You write: My real options.
- 04
E: Execute
Make the first move small
Clarity without action is a vision board. This is not one leap, it is a sequence of moves, and the first one is smaller than you think.
You write: My first three moves, with dates.
- 05
D: Dream
Get specific about the life
Where you wake up. What the day holds. Who is in it. What you are no longer doing. You can be honest here because you are dreaming from a plan, not a fantasy.
You write: The life, in detail.
- 06
O: Obedience
Stop betraying yourself for approval
Your plan will meet resistance. From a partner, a mother, a boss, and from the part of you that was trained to keep everyone comfortable. This is where the real courage lives.
You write: What I will not negotiate, before the pressure comes.
- 07
M: Money Mindset
The money story underneath the fear
What you believe you would lose. What the income says about your worth. Where that belief came from, and what you would have to believe instead in order to move.
You write: What money means to me, and what I would have to believe to move.
Seven pages, in your handwriting.
Every module ends with you writing one page of your Freedom Life Plan. Not notes. Not highlights you will never look at again. A plan, with your name on it, that says what you want, what it would actually take, and what you are going to do first.
You write inside the members portal, it saves as you go, and each finished page is emailed to you so you have it outside the course. Only you can read it.
This is not a financial plan.
The FREEDOM Life Method will not tell you what leaving costs, what your number is, or how to invest anything. There are no spreadsheets. The money module is about what you believe, not what you have.
If you want the numbers, that is the Freedom Life Blueprint, and it is a different conversation. Come here first. Most women cannot do the math honestly until they have admitted what they actually want.
Who this is not for.
Nichole Knight

CPA · 25 years in corporate finance · Founder, Freedom Life Institute
Nichole spent twenty-five years in corporate finance, most of it managing money for some of the wealthiest families in the world. At 35, a breast cancer diagnosis forced a reckoning she was not ready for. Years later, burnout forced the next one.
She left without a framework and rebuilt her life in Bali anyway. The FREEDOM Life Method is the guide she needed at that crossroads and did not have, written down so the next woman does not have to wait for her body to make the decision for her.
Questions you might have.
Is this financial advice?
No. There is no financial guidance in this course, no numbers, and no strategy. It is about the decision, not the balance sheet.
Do I have to be ready to quit my job?
No, and most women who take this are not. Some finish with a plan to leave. Some finish with a plan to stay differently. The point is that you decided, instead of waiting.
What if I do not know what I want yet?
That is module one. It is the most common place to start, and it is the module you can take for free.
Who can read what I write?
Only you. Your writing is stored against your own account and nobody else can open it, including Nichole. When you finish a module we email your page to you so you have a copy outside the portal.
Decide before something decides for you.
Seven modules, seven pages, one plan that is yours. You do not have to leave anything this week. You just have to write it down.
