Information you give us directly: When you request a free resource (such as the Freedom Life Compass assessment, the Money Story quiz, or the Starter Kit), sign up for our newsletter, or contact us, we collect your name and email address, and whether you opted in to marketing emails.

Account information:If you create an account in our member portal, we collect your email address. You may sign in with a magic link (email only) or with Google Sign-In, in which case we receive your name, email address, and profile photo from Google. We also store which programs or cohorts you’re enrolled in so we can grant you access to the right content.

Payment information: If you purchase a paid program, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles that directly. We receive confirmation of your purchase (such as your name, email, and what you bought) so we can grant access and provide support.

Automatically collected information: Like most websites, our hosting provider (Vercel) automatically logs standard technical information such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and performance purposes.

We use the information we collect to:

• Send you the resources, emails, or content you requested
• Provide and maintain your member portal account and program access
• Process payments and send purchase confirmations
• Respond to your questions and provide customer support
• Improve our website and offerings
• Comply with legal obligations

Our member portal uses cookies to keep you securely signed in. We do not use cookies for third-party advertising or tracking.

We work with a small number of trusted providers to run this site and business:

• Resend — sends transactional and marketing emails on our behalf
• Supabase — stores account, enrollment, and lead data securely
• Stripe — processes payments for paid programs
• Google — provides optional sign-in for the member portal
• Vercel — hosts this website

Each of these providers has its own privacy policy governing how it handles data on our behalf. We do not sell your personal information to third parties, and we do not share it with anyone for their own independent marketing purposes.

We keep your information for as long as needed to provide our services, maintain your account, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time, as described below.

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email we send. You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information by emailing us at nichole@freedomlifeinstitute.com. If you are located in the EU, UK, or California, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or CCPA; we will honor applicable requests consistent with those laws.

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

We may update this policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the effective date at the top of this page.
